Excursion to the Museum “Memory of the Jewish People” ✡️
On the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day, our students in grades 6-11 visited an exhibition dedicated to the genocide of the Jewish people.
There they got acquainted with the history of one of the most terrible tragedies of the 20th century. – the Nazi extermination of the Jews of Europe.
The children learned about the events in Babyn Yar, the Auschwitz concentration camp, about those people who saved the Jewish people at the cost of their own lives: the story of Janusz Korczak and the salvation of the Aron Weiss family, etc.
Such stories remind us that human life is the highest value! And we must never allow something like this in our time!
