Important things to talk about at school 😌

Recently, the Masha Efrosinina Foundation team visited PIPS with a meeting for girls in grades 5–11 🙋🏻‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️
They talked about things that are really important: personal boundaries, self-respect, and the ability to say “no” when necessary 🙏
It wasn’t just a lecture. The girls asked a lot of questions, discussed different life situations, and together looked for answers to difficult topics. They also showed us some basic self-defense techniques and explained how to act in different situations 😉
We are grateful to the foundation team for this frank and much-needed conversation. Because school is not only about knowledge, but also about inner strength, confidence, and understanding of one’s own boundaries 🤍
