Taking care of yourself is not only about physical health 😌

At PIPS, we pay a lot of attention not only to academic studies, but also to their psychological well-being. Because learning, developing, and being yourself is only possible where there is a sense of safety and support 🤍
Today, a psychological assistance lesson was held for 7th grade students with the participation of an invited expert. Together, they talked about stressful situations that children face in everyday life, and how important it is to be able to support yourself in time 🙏
During the lesson, students got acquainted with self-regulation methods, learned to calm themselves and others, notice the emotional state of the person next to them, and respond to it with respect and attention ✨
We are convinced that such skills are just as important as academic knowledge. The ability to cope with stress, support yourself, and be attentive to others is part of adult life, for which we are preparing our students today 💛
